Appeals and Complaints Handling Procedure
LLC "BUREAU "ECO-STREAM" has developed and implemented procedures for handling appeals and complaints with the objective of:
- Improving the quality of services;
- Ensuring the effective resolution of disputes, complaints, and appeals;
- Facilitating continuous improvement;
- Implementing changes and adjustments to prevent the recurrence of problems.
These procedures apply to all disputes, complaints, and appeals regarding the actions and conclusions of the Verifier. They are mandatory for all Verifier employees involved in the verification process, members of the appeals committee, and other individuals participating in the consideration of the Verifier’s disputes, complaints, and appeals.
